All Brooklyn Tweed patterns are free if you purchase at least a minimum amount of the yarn indicated in the pattern. They are not in sale individually.
Here you can find the most useful tools for putting your knitting project the finishing touch. After the stitches are bound off, the garment needs the yarn ends to be weaved in and a good soak! After washing you may want to block your garment which can easily be done on a blocking mat with wires and T-pins.

We have just updated our shipping service for international orders! Since April 2018 we use DHL Worldwide Express, which is fast, trackable and reliable. DHL Worldwide Express provides delivery on the next possible business day. Depending on your location you order will arrive within a couple of days after we have packed and shipped your order!
We aim to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days if all products ordered are in stock and unless otherwise agreed. We process and ship nearly all orders within 1 business day (often the same day). We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. The product photos are chosen so that they represent the product and color the best, most realistic way possible. Please note that the colors may look different on different devices and monitors. Lots of our yarns are hand dyed so please note that there might be variation between individual skeins and lots.
The following terms apply when your order is shipped to an address in Finland.
Free shipping for orders over 80 € (after discounts and gift cards, order weight must be less than 5 kg).
Orders are shipped Matkahuolto or Posti. Parcels are picked up from TitiTyy every business day at 2.30 pm. Orders placed before noon are usually dispatched on that day.
Economy Letter in Finland “Kirjetoimitus” 3€
Posti Letters under 3 cm (needles and small accessories). Estimated shipping time 2-3 business days. Will be delivered to recipient mainly on the second business day after dispatch. Non-trackable.
Postal Parcel in Finland 6.90€
Posti’s parcel to a local post office or parcel point. A parcel point is an easy and convenient way for your customer to receive items in Finland. A customer shops in your online store and then selects the parcel point as the delivery type and chooses the preferred pick-up location. The item will be in the parcel point selected by the customer the next day after 4 p.m., or a day later in some areas. An electronic notice of arrival will be sent to the recipient as an SMS, and the delivery is available for pick-up on the day of arrival after 4 p.m. at the parcel terminal with the locker code. The recipient also receives an e-mail copy of the notice of arrival. Trackable.
Matkahuolto parcel “Matkahuolto Lähellä-paketti” 5,50 €
The recipient can pick up the parcel at the chosen Matkahuolto parcel point usually 1-2 days after dispatch. Trackable.

Use this shipping method only if you are able to pick up the order from our brick&mortar shop in Jyväskylä OR if you want to combine shipping of separate orders (up to 1 kilo of total weight).
Cancelling an order, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your confirmed order before it is dispatched or within 14 days when the parcel is received. When the order is cancelled before dispatching, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the Goods and the delivery charge without undue delay or latest after 14 days after you have given us the information needed for the refund.
When cancelling your order after you have received the parcel, you must provide a written notification of cancellation by email and return the goods in the original package or other suitable package with the copy of the order confirmation. The goods must be returned within 14 days after providing the notification of cancellation. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost. We will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge without undue delay and latest after 14 days after you have given us the information needed for the refund, provided that we may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value of any goods if caused by unnecessary or excessive handling by you.
Note that club memberships and other special orders can not be cancelled or returned afted the order is confirmed.

The first club parcel of Feel It Yarn Club, in collaboration with Laine, Hedgehog Fibres and WalkCollection, will be shipped on the last week of September.
Note about the shipping: We are busy packing and labeling the club parcels, and the participants will soon receive a shipment notification, which means the parcel is ready for shipping. All club parcels will be shipped at the same time on the last week of September, so that each club member receives the yarn approximately the same time. You can track your parcel only after it has left our shop.

We cannot wait for the fall issue of Laine Magazine! The newest issue 6 - Heritage will be out on Sep 28th. We start packing and labeling the online pre-orders soon, so you might get a shipping confirmation in the following days. Please note that all pre-orders will be shipped earliest on Thursday Sep 27th and arrive earliest on Friday Sep 28th. You will be able to track you order only after the parcel has left our building.
