Rungot Mittens feature Tukuwool DK in four shades but if you feel like it, the pattern could be
worked using three shades too. The work is started off by an I-Cord Cast-On method, and the mittens have a traditional after-thought thumb and a round top.
You will need:
70 g of Tukuwool DK,, 100% Finnish wool, 250 m/273 yds per 100 g in shades Havu (ca. 25 g), Auri (ca. 20 g), Repo (ca.10 g) and Rohto (ca. 15 g)
Circular needles 3.5 mm/US 4, 80 cm/32” and 4 mm/US 6, 80 cm/32” (or DPNs, if you prefer)
1 stitch marker
Gauge 24 sts x 26 rnds = 10 cm x 10 cm/4 x 4” over stranded colorwork in the round with 4 mm/US 6 needles (wet blocked fabric)
One size Mitten circumference ca. 20 cm/8
