Write the following information on a A4-sized paper and attach to return parcel:

1. RETURNED ITEMS
2. FULL NAME
3. ORDER NUMBER
4. EMAIL ADDRESS

Prepare the Return Parcel

Pack the products with the return order’s New Receipt inside the package.

Write Asiakaspalautus Titityy and Matkahuolto return code 9515564 or Posti return code 636868 on the parcel. You need the code to return the parcel.

Ship the Return Parcel Free of Charge

Take your return parcel to Posti or Matkahuolto and tell that you wish to return the parcel to Titityy. Matkahuolto return code 9515564 or Posti return code 636868.

Please remember to ask for a tracking code for your return, so you can track the parcel's delivery progress.

We will refund you after receiving the return parcel and checking the product condition. We will contact you once we have handled your return.
