Soft DK weight Merinoull is perfect for baby knits, accessories and garments for sensitive skin.

Smooth superwash merino is spun tight and bouncy, a pleasure to knit. You need 2 skeins for a hat or mittens for adult. For children’s hats and mittens one skein might be enough. For an adult M-size sweater you need approximately 600 g.

Merino wool is not only insulating, but also wicks moisture away from the body and retains heat even when moist, thanks to the structure of the fibers. Merino wool can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water before it starts to feel wet. Sandnes Garn KlompeLompe Merinoull labeled balls has their own, powdery color palette.

The yarn is superwash treated to withstand frequent machine washing. The merino comes from South America and is guaranteed mulesing free. Care: Handwash or up to 30°C wool program, dry flat. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted woolen clothes. Otherwise, the clothes will rub, which may cause felting
