Join our Customer Program - Read terms

Create an account in Titityy online shop and log in to access customer benefits. Our customer program is for individual customers over 16 years old that have a valid email address. Joining our customer program is free.

If you have an account already and can’t log in, change your password here. Your account is linked to your name and email address that you’ve given when joining. The receipts of your purchases will be saved on your account.

Earning points

• 1 € purchase = 0,25 points (value 0,025 € )
• 10 € purchase = 2,5 points (value 0,25 €)
• 100 € purchase = 25 points (value 2,5 €)
• Use points at checkout: When you have earned over 10 points (value 1 EUR), the points are redeemable at checkout.
• Points are valid 12 months from the day they have been earned (order date)

Earn points online: As a logged in customer you earn points for every € you spent in our brick-and-mortar shop and online shop titityy.fi. Points can not be added afterwards - be sure to log in.

Earn points in-shop: You need to mention that you’re our customer before making a purchase in our shop. Online shop purchases will register to your account when you place an order using the email address you’ve given when joining the program. Points can not be added afterwards - mention your customer status to cashier.

Please note that no points are earned when purchasing a gift card.

The points are personal and they can not be moved to another customer. If you return products, the earned points will be reduced from your account.

Points will be activated when the order is shipped. Points show in your account, when you have over 10 points. Are valid 12 months from the day they are activated (order date). They will disappear when no longe active.

Using points

Use points at check out by logging and clicking Use Customer Reward Points at checkout. You may choose how many points are redeemed. Redeemed points can not be returned and re-used. If you return a product the points you earned will be removed from your account.

As our newsletter subscriber you will get first hand information about new products, campaigns, events and other customer benefits. If you are already our customer, make sure you have subscribed, update your profile and check that you have given us the marketing permission on your Titityy account, to receive loyal customer marketing and news about products and offers that interest you.

Changes to Customer Program

Titityy may redefine or restrict the customer program terms and benefits, or cancel them whenever without notice. As our customer you are responsible for checking these terms and the possible changes in them.
