Sandnes Garn Poppy Alpaca Cotton blend yarn

Sandnes Garn Poppy is a soft and light alpaca blend perfect whether you’re knitting a small sweater for your toddler or an oversized cardigan for yourself. The yarn contains baby alpaca and cotton - the softest natural fiber combo you can hope for! Lovely soft print colors in four different shades available.

The cotton core of the yarn is surrounded by blown alpaca fibers, which makes the yarn fluffy yet not too fuzzy knitted fabric. Poppy is a delight to to work with, and it knits up as a perfect knitted accessory or a sweater light as a feather.

Poppy is designed for delicate skin - it doesn't itch and is great to wear next to skin. Alpaca keeps you warm. Knit dense fabric with smaller needles, or airy and light fabric with larger needles.

One ball of Poppy is enough for a basic hat. 2-4 balls for a shawl, 5-8 balls for a sweater.
