Filcolana Pernilla is a versatile 100% wool yarn spun from the wool of Peruvian Highland sheep. These sheep are a cross between Corriedale and Merino and graze in the Peruvian highlands, producing beautifully fluffy wool with a soft, matte appearance.

Pernilla is a 3-ply, worsted-spun yarn with a round and even structure that gives excellent stitch definition. This makes it especially well suited for cables, textured stitches and stranded colourwork, where every detail of your knitting can shine.
