The sweater is knitted from the top down with raglan increases and a cable pattern. Stitches are first cast on for the yoke, which is worked back and forth following the chart, with increases for both raglan and neckline shaping. The work is then joined, and knitting continues in the round following the chart with raglan increases. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline, which is folded double towards the wrong side.
