De Rerum Natura Ulysse woolen spun French merino wool yarn

Ulysse is a woolen spun, sport-weight yarn from De Rerum Natura, a soft blend of French (MacoMérinos) and Portuguese (Arles Merino) merino wool. The yarn is soft, full and round making it perfect for all kinds of projects from cardigans, accessories to baby knits. The color chart consists of beautiful deep and vivid colors as well as subtly dyed mottled colors. There are also undyed colors in the collection.

One ball is enough for a pair of mittens or a hat, you need about 300 g for a Medium-sized cardigan.

The merino sheep are raised in a respectful way (definitely mulesing-free) with focus on the wool quality. The wool is low processed, washed in Belgium or Italy, spun and dyed in France. The yarn manufacturing steps are performed in short circuit with traceability and reducing the environmental impact in mind.
